1. Physical Products (Hard Copy Books)
We offer a 7-day return policy for all physical books. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us immediately at support@heetson.in with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item (unless the item arrived damaged).
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of ₹100 will be applicable on all returns of physical products, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
2. Digital Products (eBooks & Study Materials)
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of eBooks and downloadable study materials are final.
- Once the purchase is completed and the download link is generated or sent, we do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
- We encourage users to review the product descriptions and samples carefully before making a purchase.
- If you experience any technical issues in accessing or downloading your file, please contact our support team, and we will resolve the issue within 24-48 hours.
3. Refunds Process (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned physical book, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
